Chronology

A contemporary story about finding your fortune in the world of West Texas oil rigs.. A landowner, at least one who works in the oil industry , will act as intermediary between geological exploration companies and landowners. Usually, a landowner’s job is to negotiate and enter into contracts with landowners with mineral rights in order to lease these rights to the company they represent.

They are also partially fixers, problem solvers and mediators

In essence, they manage the land and secure the lease so they can drill for oil and gas. As a foreman on a construction site, they build roads, living quarters for workers (men’s camp), collect earthmoving equipment and drill the well itself, especially in remote areas. Ever since Cicerio, I have been completely obsessed with anything related to the name Sheridan.

I don’t see any of the side storylines involving them adding anything significant to moving the plot forward

Seeing what he’s capable of, based on his incredible scripts and films in the past, I have to admit that I’m a little disappointed with Landman’s four episodes. Maybe it’s because I had very high expectations, considering that all the famous actors were also included, but also because I ventured into the life of the boom town after the amazing expansion into the life of the ranch. But it seems to me that Sheridan is having too much fun, including lavish scenes with Tommy’s ex-wife, Ellie Larter, and his over-the-top daughter, Michelle Randpole, who was excellent in 1923.

Sheridan is at his best when he pushes the action drama pedal, as seen in the second season of Special Ops: Lioness or in all his previous dramas

Knowing what he’s capable of, it’s frustrating, but even though it’s only four episodes in, I’m still hoping he’ll use Jon Hamm more and this show will take off. The mother and daughter walls together are very disgusting, and I hate to say it, but Randolph is just overacting, and I can’t believe her acting at all. I hope this is not another project for its own entertainment value, as in the case of “Tulsa King” season 2, which turned into a comedy interrupted by brief moments of excellent drama (I really liked the first season).

I know Sheridan has his own umbrella and does so many shows, but I wish he would focus on quality over quantity because this show has a chance to be great if it gets serious
